Ninzarin is building the next generation Skills Intelligence Platformhelping organizations and individuals predict performance, map skills, and build future-ready careers.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who is part strategic operator, part growth hacker, and part entrepreneurial dreamer.

This person will work directly with the CEO to:

  • Run the CEOs program office (execution, cadence, alignment, delivery)
  • Drive marketing + reach with bold, disruptive, unconventional ideas
  • Build systems and teams as the company scales
  • Become a future C-suite leader inside Ninzarin

Key Responsibilities1) CEO Program Office (Execution + Cadence)
  • Own weekly/monthly execution rhythm: priorities, goals, tracking, blockers
  • Ensure cross-functional teams deliver on outcomes
  • Run CEO-level meetings: agenda, pre-reads, follow-ups, action closure
  • Translate vision into execution roadmaps
2) Growth + Marketing (Disruptive Reach)
  • Create bold campaigns that cut through noise (LinkedIn, Instagram, partnerships, virality loops)
  • Build Ninzarins narrative: skills-first hiring, career prediction, performance acceleration
  • Design experiments for growth: content engines, communities, referral loops
  • Work with design, product, and sales to make growth built-in
3) Strategy + New Bets
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and business models
  • Lead founder-level initiatives: GTM experiments, product positioning, pricing trials
  • Build business cases and execution plans
4) Build the Operating System
  • Help structure roles, teams, and accountability as the company scales
  • Create simple but powerful operating processes (OKRs, dashboards, pipeline tracking)
  • Build a culture of speed + quality

  • CEO time freed up by 3050% while execution speed increases
  • Growth experiments running weekly with clear learning loops
  • Strong external visibility: brand recognition, inbound leads, partnerships
