Ninzarin is building the next generation Skills Intelligence Platformhelping organizations and individuals predict performance, map skills, and build future-ready careers.
We are looking for a Chief of Staff who is part strategic operator, part growth hacker, and part entrepreneurial dreamer.
This person will work directly with the CEO to:
- Run the CEOs program office (execution, cadence, alignment, delivery)
- Drive marketing + reach with bold, disruptive, unconventional ideas
- Build systems and teams as the company scales
- Become a future C-suite leader inside Ninzarin
