Job Description

We are hiring for a Healthcare AI technology company that is in a "hyper growth" stage.


As Chief of Staff, you are the primary engine behind the CEOs productivity. Your goal is to amplify CEOs impact by managing the "mundane," driving accountability across the executive team, and ensuring that our core valuesIntegrity, Empathy, and Innovation - are lived at every level of the organization.


Key Responsibilities: The "Right Hand" Mandate


Strategic Prioritization: Act as the "Gatekeeper of Time," ensuring the CEO is focused exclusively on high-value accounts.

Operational Accountability: Lead daily stand-ups to track "Action Items." You must be the "strict enforcer" of the Do, Delegate, or De-prioritize framework to ensure zero lag in execution.

The "Shadow HR" Lead: Until an SVP of HR is hired, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for key India leadership roles, taking the administrative burden off the CEO, CMO and VP Operations

Executive Mirror: You have the authority and the obligation to provide the CEO with "hard truths," calling out distractions (like social media or low-impact emails) to protect the mission's momentum.

Cross-Functional Deep Dives: Gather status reports from Engineering, Product, and Finance, presenting the CEO with a "Pulse Check" so he can mentor leaders effectively without getting lost in the weeds.


Qualifications:


Proven Track Record: At least 58 years of experience as a Chief of Staff or Strategic Operations Lead for a successful, high-growth technology entrepreneur.

Elite Education: MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, or equivalent global Tier-1 university).

Industry Experience: Prior experience in a VC-backed SaaS or AI company. Experience in Healthcare IT is a significant advantage but not required.

Master of Discipline: Exceptional organizational skills with a "roll up the sleeves" mentality. You don't just organize the list; you get the work done on the CEOs behalf.

Cultural Alignment: You must possess high emotional inteligence (Empathy) to build trust while maintaining the "strict" discipline required to hyperscale.
