Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking to appoint a Chief of Staff, Technology Division (Executive Director level) to support senior leadership and help drive strategic priorities across the organisation. This is a critical leadership position offering high visibility and the opportunity to shape operational excellence within a fast-growing, technology-enabled environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and business priorities
  • Provide oversight on governance, planning, and operational performance
  • Support the development, scaling, and optimisation of the Global Capability Center (GCC)
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and organisational effectiveness
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution


Requirements:

  • Degree from a top-tier university
  • Prior experience with a top-tier investment bank
  • Experience serving as a Chief of Staff, Chief Administrative Officer, or in a comparable strategic leadership role
  • Strong understanding of technology and experience operating within tech-enabled organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
