Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Hauz Khas, for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and support leadership in decision-making processes. This role involves coordinating communication across departments, managing special projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring organizational performance metrics to ensure strategic goals are met. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and help identify priorities, allocate resources, and drive key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and organizational skills to oversee operations, manage priorities, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing interdepartmental coordination, facilitating collaboration, and supporting leadership.
• Proficiency in project management and performance monitoring to implement and oversee business initiatives effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Adaptability, a proactive approach, and the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, PR and Communications or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent professional background is advantageous.
• Experience in or knowledge of industries such as Healthcare, Technology & IT, Nutrition & Lifestyle, Financial Technology, or Social sectors is a significant plus.
