As the Chief of Staff - Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting the leadership team to achieve business objectives. This role demands strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on Power BI dashboarding for data-driven decision making. You will act as a key partner to senior management, ensuring smooth execution of strategic projects and fostering effective communication across functions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and manage advanced Power BI dashboards to monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

- Lead strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects from conception to delivery.

- Serve as the primary liaison between senior leaders and various stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment.

- Drive effective stakeholder management by building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.

- Assist in the development and execution of company-wide strategy and operational plans.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for top management.

- Ensure strong communication flow and collaboration across departments.

*Required Qualifications:*

- MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, or related fields.

- Proficiency in Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization.

- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a stakeholder-centric approach.
