Chief of Staff

For a leading retail client, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO on business performance, strategic priorities, and cross-functional execution.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and driving measurable outcomes.

Role Scope:

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on business performance and key decisions
• Translate business data into clear priorities and action plans
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives across functions
• Ensure alignment, accountability, and follow-through at the leadership level
• Bring rigor to planning, reviews, and governance mechanisms

Ideal Profile:

• 35 years in strategy, consulting, analytics, or CEOs Office roles
• MBA/Engineering from a reputed institute
• Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving ability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High ownership, planning discipline, and comfort managing multiple priorities
• Retail/consumer experience preferred
