Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and execution-focused professional to join the CEO Office as Manager CEO Office. This is a strategic role designed to enhance leadership effectiveness, drive cross-functional coordination, and strengthen business intelligence across the organization.

The role requires strong analytics capability, financial awareness, governance sensitivity, and disciplined follow-up execution. The candidate will work closely with the CEO to support strategic planning, performance tracking, and risk visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities and daily execution tracking

- Track sales performance, cost structures, marketing spends, and manpower analytics

- Prepare dashboards, business reports, and data visualisations (Power BI / Tableau)

- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and business expansion strategy

- Assist in financial decision support, including incentives and cost optimisation.

- Support audit reviews, identify incorrect/missed transactions, and track process compliance

- Assist in legal document vetting and compliance milestone tracking

- Conduct SWOT and risk analysis across projects and departments

- Track customer feedback trends and escalate recurring issues

- Drive new initiatives and structured reporting systems on behalf of the CEO

Skills & Competencies Required

- Strong analytical mindset and business analytics

- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency

- Hands-on experience with ERP and SAP (preferred)

- Power BI / Tableau exposure for data visualisation

- Strong follow-up discipline and execution capability

- Understanding of financial reports and cost structures
