Chief of Staff

We are looking to hire a Chief of Staff to the CTO to work closely with senior technology leadership and drive high-impact strategic and execution-focused initiatives across the organization.

Experience : 8-11 Years

Location : Gurgaon

This role is ideal for candidates from top-tier engineering and/or MBA institutions who bring a strong blend of technology understanding, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the CTO on priority initiatives and long-term planning
• Drive cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and business teams
• Support execution of technology roadmaps, reviews, and leadership communications
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Track key metrics, milestones, and outcomes for critical initiatives

What Were Looking For:

• Strong foundation in technology / engineering concepts (hands-on exposure preferred)
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and execution skills
• Experience working with senior leadership or fast-paced tech/product organizations
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
