Executive Assistant to Managing Director / Chief of Staff

Paschion Restaurants is a fast-growing, multi-brand F&B company operating high-energy diners, premium delivery brands and catering verticals across North India. We are scaling aggressively, building new formats, raising capital and expanding into new markets.

We are looking for a highly intelligent, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Managing Director.

This is not a routine admin role. This is a front-row seat to entrepreneurship.


Role Overview

Depending on experience, the role will function as either:

  • Executive Assistant (Execution & Coordination heavy)
  • OR
  • Chief of Staff (Strategy, Prioritisation & Leadership heavy)

The person will act as the MDs right hand driving clarity, execution and accountability across departments.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Support

  • Track company KPIs across brands (revenue, COGS, staffing, marketing ROI, outlet performance)
  • Prepare weekly dashboards & business review summaries
  • Assist in investor communication & board materials
  • Conduct research for expansion, vendors, partnerships

2. Execution & Follow-Ups

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment (Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance)
  • Track action items from meetings and ensure closure
  • Drive implementation of key initiatives

3. Planning & Organisation

  • Calendar management & meeting prioritisation
  • Travel planning (business + family when required)
  • Event coordination (store launches, investor meets, chef events)

4. Special Projects

  • New outlet launches
  • Vendor negotiations support
  • SOP documentation
  • Process optimisation initiatives


What Were Looking For

Must Have:

  • 38 years experience in business operations / consulting / startup / EA to CXO role
  • Extremely strong organisational & follow-up skills
  • Analytical mindset (Excel / Sheets comfort mandatory)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • High discretion & confidentiality

Good to Have:

  • Experience in F&B / retail / hospitality
  • Experience working with founders
  • MBA or strong business background
