What will you get to work on?

As the Chief of Staff at Osfin.ai, you will:

• Work directly to develop and communicate product strategy and long-term goals
• Develop a platform that scales globally
• Improve project management practices to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Own and establish workflows to diagnose and resolve technical bugs, improving the stability and the quality of the products
• Lead, steer and facilitate sync with the Leadership; understand the project planning, retrospective and backlog creation based on the different teams priorities, company strategy and vision
• Own and establish the release management cycle, right fromthe definition of the scope of the release cycle and its timelines through to documentation of release notes and seamless communication with all stakeholders, including our clients
• Collect & analyse data from various teams and collate it in an organised way to facilitate informed decision making
• Encourage all stakeholders to keep documentation up to date and adhere to the proposed guidelines
• Take charge of the delivery of key technical projects and ensure the timely delivery of the agreed scope of work

What do we expect from you?

• Hustle! We're young, lean, and in our early days
• 2-4 years of experience in a consulting, engineering or problem-solving role
• Engineering or MBA from a Tier 1 college or university
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and the Google Suite of products is a plus
• Define and implement cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery, define metrics to measure and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and drive adoption
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent and prepare executive-level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to senior leadership
• Passion for driving product innovation, with the ability to challenge engineering timelines and product decisions
• Take ownership and accountability for the success of projects and cross-functional teams to ensure program schedules, performance metrics and delivery meet business requirements on time and within budget
• Act as a bridge between engineering, product management, design and business teams
