Role Description
Were looking for a high-impact Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive strategic priorities, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, communication, and leadership enablement and loves turning big vision into real outcomes.
Youll be the CEOs thought partner, execution anchor, and connective tissue across teams helping the organization move faster, smarter, and with clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the Founder to translate vision into clear priorities, OKRs, and execution plans
- Drive high-priority strategic initiatives from concept to execution
- Track progress on key goals and unblock bottlenecks across teams
Leadership Enablement
- Prepare briefs, decks, and decision notes for leadership meetings
- Ensure follow-through on leadership action items
- Act as a sounding board for strategy, people, and org design
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Growth, Partnerships, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Programs teams
- Ensure seamless coordination across verticals and external partners
- Drive accountability and clarity on ownership
Communication & Rhythm
- Set up leadership cadences (weekly reviews, monthly planning, quarterly strategy)
- Improve internal communication flows and decision-making processes
- Support external stakeholder communication where needed
Special Projects
- Own mission-critical projects (new initiatives, partnerships, launches, expansions)
- Step in as Project Lead for high-stakes initiatives
- Build lightweight systems and SOPs for scale
What Were Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Program Management, or Leadership roles
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication: sharp writing, structured thinking, executive presence
- High ownership mindset you dont wait for instructions
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
