The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC.

Earthful is a fast-growing startup, offering high ownership and the opportunity to work closely with the founders. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about scaling a startup!

Hyderabad | Full-time | 2+ years | Reports to Founder

The Role

You'll sit at the centre of everything NPD, procurement, production,

vendor coordination, Inventory, compliance, and cross-team execution.

The founder should walk into any week knowing things are moving.

You make that possible.

What You'll Own

Coordinate across procurement, production, finance & marketing

Track all POs, vendor follow-ups & delivery timelines

Own the compliance calendar GST, TDS, ESIC, PF, ROC, FSSAI

Maintain the production Gantt materials, batches, dispatch

Build & maintain SOPs so ops runs on process, not memory

Prepare a weekly founder brief what's on track, what's at risk

Own vendor database contracts, terms, performance history

First point of escalation before anything reaches the founder

You're the right person if:

You've coordinated across multiple functions in a D2C / startup

When you commit to something, it gets done. No reminders needed.

You're comfortable with vendors, spreadsheets & WhatsApp same day

You spot problems before they become crises

You want to build something, not just manage tasks
