Role Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted partner and execution arm for the companys most critical priorities. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will lead new initiatives across AI, technology, and operationstaking them from concept to execution to scale.

You will work across Operations, Go-to-Market, Tech & Product, and People functions, stepping in wherever the highest-leverage problem sits. As we scale our healthcare operations platform, you will be central to building the operational infrastructure, processes, and teams that power our growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build, not just adviseand who is ready for a path toward leading a major function or business unit.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Business Building

  • Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority initiatives across Operations, Tech & Product, Marketing from process design to implementation to optimisation
  • Stand up new functions as business needs evolve (e.g., Customer Success, Revenue Operations, HR, Partnerships)
  • Build first working versions of operational processes, systematise them, and transition to permanent teams
  • Drive cross-functional projects spanning Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and GTM that require coordination without formal authority

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, decision-making, and company-wide goal setting
  • Prepare for key meetings with board members, investors, and strategic partners
  • Support fundraising efforts with analysis, documentation, and execution
  • Act as a representative of the CEOs office in internal forums and external discussions

Operating Cadence & Performance Management

  • Establish company operating rhythm: OKRs, weekly reviews, monthly updates, quarterly planning
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track performance and inform leadership decisions
  • Ensure follow-through on key decisions; identify gaps, escalate issues, and drive accountability
  • Create playbooks, frameworks, and templates to drive execution consistency


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 48 years of experience in fast-paced environments: management consulting (MBA preferred), ex-founder, PE/VC, or high-growth startups
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distil complexity into clear recommendations
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • Willingness to work from our Gurugram office 5 days a week, work week is 6 days Mon-Sat

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a premier institution (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent)
  • Prior experience working directly with founders or C-suite executives
  • Hands-on experience building something from scratch: a startup, new business line, or 01 initiative
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel modelling, or low-code/no-code/AI tools
  • Exposure to AI/ML products or technology-driven businesses
