Role Description

This is a full-time Chief of Staff position located on-site in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will collaborate closely with executive leadership, acting as a strategic advisor and working towards organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing cross-departmental initiatives, enhancing organizational operations, streamlining internal communication, and supporting executive decision-making processes. The role also involves coordinating between teams, analyzing key business metrics, and ensuring that projects and priorities align with company goals.

• Proficiency in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational and business challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Experience in project management and coordinating between multiple stakeholders
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Prior experience in a similar leadership or support role is an advantage
