Chief of Staff | MedTech Portfolio Company

One of our Medtech portfolio companies providing SaaS solutions to the healthcare industry is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the business and help the Founders scale the organization across the entire business including sales, marketing, community, operations, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor to the Founders on business strategy across all parts of the business
• Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects, many of which will be sales/commercial focused
• Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that dont have clear owners
• Lead company-wide initiatives
• Drive revenue and capacity planning
• Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards

Requirements

• Someone with at least 2 to 4 years of experience
• Someone excited about joining a 1 to 10 journey
• An interest in getting deeper into the healthcare space
• Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight
• Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment
