Role Overview: Strategic partner to the CoFounder, ensuring vision, priorities, and execution remain aligned across all departments. The role demands speed, adaptability, executive maturity, and discretion in a fastscaling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as execution partner to the CoFounder: translate vision into clear actions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Drive crossfunctional coordination across Business, HR, Finance, Legal, Media, Technology, and Operations.
• Establish operating rhythms: leadership meetings, reviews, dashboards, governance processes.
• Own highimpact projects: research, market analysis, global partner coordination, and strategic modeling.
• Ensure sharp executive communication and handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

Preferred Profile:

• 612 years experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or Founders Office roles.
• Exposure to highgrowth startups, global organizations, or complex multistakeholder businesses.
• Strong ownership, agility, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
