How We Do It

We bring enterprises' most urgent, important products to market with high-velocity, high-quality, and 10x impact. We enable innovative high-velocity cultures by coaching teams with the right mix and maturity of modern tools, methods, and thought leadership. People at InRhythm are entrepreneurs and innovators at heart; we value individuals who find new ways to overcome challenges while ensuring your career accelerates faster than it ever has before.

The Role

We are seeking a high-impact, mission-driven Chief of Staff to serve as the organizational Integrator. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-level vision and daily execution. You will be responsible for maintaining the "heartbeat" of our dual-country operations, ensuring global alignment, and driving efficiency through the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Executive Partnership & Visionary Integration: Act as the essential bridge between "big ideas" and "consistent execution". Own the 1-on-1 rhythm to ensure total alignment, acting as a strategic filter to pressure-test ideas and translate executive intent into actionable guidance.
  • Ownership of the Operating Cadence: Oversee the accuracy and effectiveness of the global operating calendar, including the L10 rhythm and Annual Planning. Ensure 90-day Rocks are set and tracked across all departments to drive the company toward its long-term goals.
  • Organizational Health & Culture Alignment: Ensure every team member is the "Right Person" in the "Right Seat" by overseeing hiring and onboarding through the lens of our Core Values. Foster an "Open and Honest" environment, coaching leaders to identify "People Issues" before they impact the business.
  • Strategic Priority Execution: Manage the "white space" between departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure strategic priorities are met without silos. Lead the rollout of global initiatives with a focus on change management and site engagement.
  • Data Integrity & Issues Resolution: Maintain disciplined Salesforce/CRM and Dashboard hygiene to ensure the leadership team has accurate, predictive data. Coach the team to resolve business challenges at their root cause through IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve).

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant leadership certification preferred).
  • Software Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce/CRM and project management suites. Power user of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity handling international entities.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of EOS (Integrator seat), cross-functional operations, and the nuances of US-India business synchronization.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively across time zones, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders in both North America and South Asia.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You don't just "monitor" the business; you enjoy getting into the systems to ensure they are built correctly. You are as comfortable discussing long-term strategic filters as you are ensuring operational discipline, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work has a direct impact on global operations.

Personal Characteristics for Success

  • Customer First: We obsess about our customers' needs and outcomes first.
  • Drive: We are driven, hungry to make an impact. "It's Day One, always".
  • Ownership: We practice hands-on ownership with a strong bias for action
  • Learning and Growth: We learn and grow daily.
  • Empathy and Compassion: We take a people-first approach always.
