What Youll Do (when not sprinting ahead)

Finance & Cashflow Hero: Analyze financial performance; build forecasts, manage budgets, cashflows &

vendor payables; tighten margins.

Supply Chain Fixer: Own SKU-level insights, inventory flows, vendor relationships, demandsupply

alignment and logistics optimization.

Customer Support Enabler: Step in as neededwith processes, dashboards, metricsimprove resolution

time and quality.

CrossFunctional Doer: Act as the owner when leadership cantrun adhoc projects, tackle bottlenecks

across ops, finance, SC, CS.
