As we scale globally, execution discipline and revenue visibility have become mission-critical.

We are hiring a Chief of Staff (Revenue) to act as a force multiplier to the CEO and institutionalize structured execution across the company.


Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You will help translate leadership intent into structured outcomes, drive revenue governance, and ensure cross-functional accountability across Revenue, Product, Delivery, and Finance.

This is not a support role. It is a high-ownership business position with direct exposure to enterprise growth and strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

CEO Leverage

  • Optimize CEO time toward growth and strategic priorities
  • Prepare structured briefs for key meetings
  • Track follow-ups and ensure closure
  • Maintain relationship visibility across investors, partners, and strategic clients

Revenue & Execution Governance

  • Implement and manage OKR framework
  • Drive weekly RAG execution reviews
  • Own CRM discipline and pipeline visibility
  • Improve forecast accuracy
  • Identify red flags early

Strategic Initiative Execution

  • Convert ideas into executable plans
  • Define milestones, owners, and timelines
  • Track cross-functional commitments
  • Ensure external commitments align with internal capacity

Executive Reporting

  • Build dashboards covering revenue, margin, project health, and pipeline movement
  • Support board and investor reporting


What This Role Is Not

  • Not a personal assistant
  • Not HR operations
  • Not a slide-making consultant
  • Not a junior project manager

This role owns outcomes, accountability systems, and execution velocity.


Ideal Candidate

  • 58 years working closely with founders or senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • Background in consulting, business operations, program management, or high-growth startups
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise environments preferred
  • High ownership mindset and strong follow-through

You must be comfortable pushing senior leaders constructively and driving clarity across strong personalities.


6-Month Success Metrics

  • OKR system implemented and running
  • Weekly RAG cadence institutionalized
  • Clear ownership defined across major initiatives
  • Improved CRM hygiene and revenue visibility
  • Significant reduction in unresolved escalations
  • CEO spending majority of time on growth and strategy


Compensation

Competitive base + performance bonus + ESOP component (based on experience).
