About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work as the CEOs strategic right handthinking partner, execution driver, and trusted lens to the outside world. You will:

• Drive the CEOs agenda across global priorities, ensuring alignment, momentum, and results
• Anchor corporate strategy, supporting the CEO in identifying whitespace opportunities and future bets
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to streamline decision-making, escalate what matters, and filter the noise
• Prepare executive briefings, board presentations, investor updates, and key external engagements
• Support business development, partnerships, and M&A initiatives from the CEOs office
• Lead high-stakes, cross-functional projects that require velocity, rigor, and discretion

What You Bring to the Table

• 810 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (Big Four or equivalent)
• A postgraduate degree from a premium B-school
• Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• The ability to operate with executive presence, business maturity, and high EQ
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate needs, and get things done
• Comfort working behind the scenesthis role requires influence without authority
• A natural sense of discretion, judgment, and global cultural fluency
