Founded in 2019, we are a Jakarta-based fintech startup on a mission to digitize financial services for Indonesias micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Were building tools and products that enable millions of small businesses to thrive in a digital-first economy.

With a strong product-market fit in Indonesia, we are now gearing up to launch in new Southeast Asian markets, starting with the Philippines and were looking for someone exceptional to help us lead the charge.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, youll work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives and lead new market and business launches. This role is a mix of strategy, execution, and hands-on problem solving, giving you a front-row seat to how high-growth startups are built and scaled across markets.

If youre someone who loves turning ideas into real business outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, and eventually sees yourself founding or leading a company, this role is your crash course in doing exactly that.

What Youll Do

• Drive New Market Launches: Lead research, market entry strategy, and on-ground execution for expansion into the Philippines and other Southeast Asian markets.
• Launch New Business Verticals: Partner with founders to identify, test, and scale new revenue streams across regions.
• Improve Organisational Efficiency: Design and implement systems and processes to help teams move faster and smarter.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams across product, growth, operations, and finance to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
• Be a Thought Partner: Work directly with the CEO/founders on high-priority projects, board-level discussions, and investor communication.

What Were Looking For

• 310 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, founders office, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
• Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Highly organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curiosity and hunger for growth you thrive in uncertainty and love learning new things.
• Global mindset with a willingness to relocate to Jakarta and travel across Southeast Asia.
• Passion for technology, startups, and building zero-to-one businesses.
