This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for the Chief of Staff at Unaati. The Chief of Staff will closely collaborate with leadership to oversee strategic initiatives, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and streamline internal operations. Responsibilities include providing project management support, ensuring efficient communication across teams, and analyzing business performance to present actionable recommendations. The Chief of Staff will act as a partner to executives, assisting in decision-making processes and prioritizing tasks to ensure organizational goals are met. Overseeing key projects from inception to completion, the individual will drive operational excellence and provide guidance to team leads as needed.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills to oversee cross-functional initiatives efficiently
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities for building clear, collaborative strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis, resource allocation, and performance tracking tools to deliver actionable insights
• Knowledge of business operations, cross-company process optimization, and organizational best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership, consulting, or strategic management position
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Familiarity with B2B commerce or supply chain management is a strong advantage
