We are targeting 100 CR revenue in FY 202627, and the CMO role is critical to achieve this vision.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a data-driven, growth-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will build and scale the end-to-end marketing engine responsible for:
Multi-channel demand generation
Inbound growth
ABM (Tier 1 & 2)
SEO + Paid Ads
Content + Sales Enablement
CRM + Analytics
AI-driven marketing
Full-funnel GTM strategy Your mission:
Drive 5060 CR pipeline contribution to support VBS reaching 100 CR+.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation & Pipeline Ownership
Own 5060% of revenue pipeline
Build TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnels
Improve inbound acquisition
Reduce CAC, improve SQL rate
2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Build Tier 1 and Tier 2 ABM waves
Deploy multi-stakeholder engagement plans
Create personalized content packs
3. Performance & Growth Marketing
Manage LinkedIn Ads + Google Ads
Optimize CTRs, conversions, ROAS
Scale search + retargeting campaigns
4. SEO & Content Leadership
Create keyword clusters
Manage content calendar (blogs, videos, case studies, webinars)
Build high-quality lead magnets
5. Website & Conversion Optimization
Improve website conversion rate (2% 5%)
Oversee LP design, analytics & CRO
6. Marketing Operations & Analytics
Own GA4, Tag Manager, Zoho CRM/Campaigns
Build weekly funnel dashboards
Maintain attribution accuracy
7. Sales Alignment
Work closely with VP Sales
Ensure frictionless MQL SQL workflow
Build sales enablement assets 8. Leadership & Team Building
Lead a team of SEO, PPC, content, ABM, creative, and ops
Manage agencies & freelancers
Build a high-performance culture
8. Required Experience Mandatory:
1015 years in B2B marketing
5+ years leading demand generation
US market experience (AEC/BIM preferred)
Hands-on with ads, SEO, ABM, CRM
Managed 510 CR yearly marketing budget
Experience scaling pipeline in fast-growth companies Non-negotiable competencies:
Pipeline ownership > not just leads
Evidence of real ABM campaigns
Strong analytics, CAC, CPL, SQL understanding
Leadership across cross-functional teams
