Chief Marketing Officer Consumer Growth, Content & Demand Intelligence who can build a marketing engine that drives:


Qualified site visits

Faster decision-making

Higher booking conversions


This role is not about visibility it is about measurable demand creation.


Primary Success Metric: Cost per Qualified Site Visit (CPSV)


What You Will Drive


1. Understand the Modern Buyer


Decode behaviour across:


  • First-time vs. upgrade buyers
  • Self-funded vs. loan-backed buyers
  • End-users vs. investors


Translate insights into strategies that move consumers from browsing to visiting.


2. Build Content That Converts


Lead a structured content funnel:


  • Discovery: Educate & build awareness
  • Consideration: Build trust & confidence
  • Conversion: Drive urgency & site visits


Own formats such as:


  • Short-form video
  • Project walkthroughs
  • Lifestyle & cost explainers
  • Leadership POV content
  • Sales-support content
  • On-ground site content


Success =


Lower CPSV

Higher visit-to-booking conversion

Faster buyer decisions



3. Lead Distribution Strategy


Decide:


  • Where content lives
  • How it scales
  • Who amplifies it


Ensure every campaign has a clear objective driving site visits.


4. Align Marketing with Sales


Work closely with sales teams to:


  • Identify buyer objections
  • Turn them into content
  • Enable WhatsApp nurturing
  • Strengthen pre & post visit engagement


Goal: Buyers arrive informed and confident.


5. Track What Matters


Focus on:


  • Content-led site visits
  • Conversion impact
  • CPSV performance
