About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, analytical, and creative Chief Marketing Officer who can fully own end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, and Shopify .

You must have strong e-commerce experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to convert data into clear insights and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1 End-to-End Performance Marketing

• Own campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Shopify , and other paid platforms
• Plan Execute Optimize Scale
• Achieve strong ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA , and conversion goals

2 E-Commerce Growth

• Hands-on experience with D2C/e-commerce brands
• Manage product feeds, catalogs, dynamic ads, retargeting funnels

3 Creative Thinking & Persona Understanding

• Deep understanding of customer persona
• Test new hooks, angles, strategies, and creatives
• Create relatable and high-performing ad messaging

4 Data-Driven Strategy

• Build strategies based on analytics
• Turn numbers insights action
• Daily/weekly KPI monitoring with transparent reporting

5Problem Solving

• Fix funnel leaks, ad fatigue, tracking issues, dips in performance
• Identify root causes and act quickly

6 Clear Communication

• Explain insights and ideas clearly
• Structured, confident communication style
