Trosmic Sports is building a next-generation global sports and entertainment platform from its headquarters in Dubai. The company is launching the World Kabaddi Champions League (WKCL) the first IKF-approved global professional Kabaddi league with 8 international franchises and a multi-decade growth roadmap across media, infrastructure, and digital

experiences.

At the heart of this ecosystem is Flux Halo, a $2B+ landmark arena project in the GCC a smart, immersive, multi-use venue designed for elite sport, large-scale entertainment, esports, and

cultural events. Alongside a digital-first fan ecosystem (OTT, Web3, NFTs, esports, data-driven experiences), Trosmic is positioned as a first mover at the intersection of infrastructure, media, and the global sports economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Strategic Leadership: Serve as a core C-suite member, providing commercially grounded advice on league expansion, global partnerships, and risk management directly to the CEO and Board.
• Revenue Generation & Deals: Lead negotiation and structuring of high-value commercial agreements, including Global Media Rights, Title Sponsorships, OTT platforms , and licensing deals.
• Corporate & Governance: Direct corporate structuring for the holding entity and 8+ SPVs. Manage legal for M&A, equity financing, and establish robust, group-wide governance standards.
• Sports & Integrity: Design the League Constitution, competition rules, and player regulations. Build the Integrity & Compliance framework (anti-corruption, anti-doping).
• Infrastructure & Digital: Oversee legal for the Flux Halo infrastructure development (real estate, complex EPC/construction contracts) and provide legal oversight for our digital ecosystem (Web3/NFTs, data privacy, AI).

Experience:

• 20+ years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE), including 5+ years in a senior leadership, General Counsel (GC), or Head-of-Legal role.
• Must have a successful background blending experience from a top-tier law firm and a demanding in-house environment.

Sector Focus: Strong expertise required in at least one of the following high-growth areas:

• Sports, Media, or Entertainment.
• Large-scale Infrastructure / Real Estate Development.
• Venture-backed growth companies.

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer (LLB/JD equivalent) from a reputable institution.
• Admission to practice in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, US, India, Singapore) is strongly preferred.

Key Expertise: Demonstrated success in:

• Complex cross-border structuring and transactions.
• Negotiating high-value media, sponsorship, or licensing deals.
• Building or scaling a legal function from an early stage.

Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, and hands-on ("roll up your sleeves" attitude) while comfortable operating at the C-suite level. A strategic thinker who adeptly balances legal risk with commercial speed.

Geographic: Prior exposure to the GCC/Middle East legal environment is strongly preferred.
