Are you a visionary cybersecurity leader looking to architect the defense strategy for one of India's largest global conglomerates?

We are looking for a highly strategic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the holistic Infra & Cyber security portfolio for Aditya Birla Group's BMCSPL unit. In this critical leadership role, you will safeguard a boundaryless infrastructure serving 16 diverse lines of business and over 35,000 global users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Security Strategy: Conceptualize, architect, and implement an end-to-end security framework encompassing Perimeter, Application, Cloud, and Endpoint security operations.
• Threat & Risk Management: Continuously analyze the dynamic global threat landscape to develop proactive technology roadmaps and mitigate risks.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Drive regulatory compliance, measure industry security standards across group datacenters (on-prem & cloud), and establish governance in areas like OT, Cloud security, and Third-Party access.
• Financial & Vendor Leadership: Prepare and manage the overall annual budget for the security service portfolio. Formulate and monitor supplier SLAs, driving process automation and innovation with security technology vendors.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a high-performing team of specialized leaders, including Perimeter, Endpoint, and Solution Architect Executives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 15 to 20 years of core cybersecurity experience, currently operating at a CISO, VP, or Global Head level.
• Industry Background: Must have experience managing security operations in massive, decentralized environments (Large Conglomerates, Tier-1 Banks, or Global IT Services).
• Technical Scale: Proven expertise in securing complex, multi-datacenter environments, Cloud integrations, and IoT/OT networks.
• Leadership Capabilities: Strong experience handling multimillion-dollar budgets, stringent regulatory audits, and C-suite/Board-level reporting
