Search Partners has recently been mandated to identify a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a well-established FMCG organization based in Delhi NCR.

The leadership team is looking for someone who can go beyond traditional HR and help build a future-ready organization strengthening leadership capability, culture, and talent strategy across corporate, manufacturing and sales teams.

We are hoping to connect with senior HR leaders who have:

20+ years of HR leadership experience

Exposure to FMCG / consumer-driven organizations

Strong experience in organization design, leadership development and scaling teams
