Role: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Founding Role

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused CHRO to build and lead our people operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement hiring strategies (interns to full-time pipeline)
• Build HR systems, policies, and workflows from scratch
• Manage onboarding, performance tracking, and team productivity
• Strengthen communication across frontend and backend teams
• Handle conflict resolution and team discipline
• Build a strong company culture aligned with growth

Requirements:

• Experience in HR/recruitment (startup experience preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• Hands-on mindset (not just strategy, but execution)
