Position Overview:
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives. The CHRO leads all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, Compensation & benefits, and HR technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and company vision.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on human capital matters.
- Champion organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs
- Talent Management & Development:
- Oversee the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Implement robust performance management and learning & development frameworks.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Creating and implementing compensation and benefit plans that are both effective and competitive.
- Ensure equity and compliance in all reward and recognition systems.
- Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all HR functions and geographies.
- Mitigate risk through proactive HR policies and employee relations strategies.
- HR Technology & Analytics:
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and workforce insights.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 23-26 years of progressive HR experience, with Minimum of 8-10 years in a Senior-Executive / Leadership management roles.
- Proven working experience in similar capacity for startup / captives preferably covering the BFSI space.
- Proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Deep understanding of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Employment Type
- All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
