Healthfab is a leading Startup brand specializing in reusable period panties and functional undergarments. We aim to revolutionize womens health and personal care categories. Over the last 6 years, we have made a strong presence in e-commerce backed by efficient marketing and our in-house manufacturing capabilities. Our flagship product GoPadFree Reusable Leakproof Period Panty is a favourite across marketplaces. To continue our growth, we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Growth Officer to join our dynamic team.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) located in Bengaluru. The strategic and data-driven CGO will architect and lead our revenue engine. This role is central to scaling a high-growth, sustainable consumer brand from its current inflection point to a category leader. The CGO will own the growth roadmap, integrating performance marketing, demand generation and channel strategy to drive exponential, capital-efficient expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Design and execute the end-to-end growth roadmap to achieve aggressive scale-up milestones
  • Own the P&L for digital channels, balancing top-line growth with healthy unit economics


2. Acquisition Efficiency & CAC Management

  • Lead the performance marketing function to drive high-quality traffic and conversions
  • Continuously optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) through analytical rigor and creative experimentation


3. Demand Generation & Advocacy

  • Oversee the Influencer Marketing and Brand Advocacy functions to build a community-led growth engine
  • Ensure the brand narrative translates effectively into measurable consumer intent and market share


4. Channel & Placement Strategy

  • Optimize brand presence and "share-of-shelf" across all major E-commerce and Quick-Commerce platforms
  • Develop playbooks for successful product placement as the brand expands into physical retail


5. Strategic Demand Planning

  • Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to align marketing calendars with inventory availability
  • Drive forecasting accuracy to ensure seamless fulfilment during high-velocity growth periods


6. Data Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage consumer behaviour data to identify untapped growth levers and market opportunities
  • Implement robust attribution models and growth dashboards to inform real-time decision-making


Key Requirements:

Educational Background:

MBA from a Tier-1 institute in Marketing


Experience:

8-12 years of experience in Growth, Marketing or Business Leadership

Mandatory: Foundational background in Top-tier Management Consulting

Proven track record of leading growth in a startup that has scaled through significant revenue milestones

Deep expertise in the D2C, E-commerce or FMCG sectors


Work Location:

  • Full-time on-site from our office located in Singasandra, Hosur Road, Bengaluru
