Experience - 20+years' experience form shipping, infra, energy, and last manufacturing industry preference and only from listed company

• Commercial Management
• Financial Management : Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Financial Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely financial reports are prepared and presented to the executive team and board of directors.
• Risk Management : Assess and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
• Stakeholder Relations : Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and auditors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
