Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Fundraising & Real Estate Strategy

Location: Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad

Experience: 1520 years, with at least 7+ years in a senior finance leadership role in real estate or infrastructure development

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9.30 AM to 6.30 Pm)

Position Summary:

Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd is seeking a strategic, results-driven CFO with deep fundraising expertise and a real estate background to lead the companys financial operations, capital raising efforts, and strategic partnerships. The CFO will play a pivotal role in securing long-term funding for high-end wellness resorts, integrated living projects, and real estate development, while ensuring robust financial planning, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Capital Structuring

• Lead equity, debt, structured finance, and alternate investment fundraising to support real estate and hospitality expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with PE funds, NBFCs, family offices, HNIs, banks, and venture capitalists.
• Structure financial instruments such as REITs, INVITs, SPVs, Joint Ventures, and Development Management Agreements (DMAs).
• Prepare detailed Information Memorandums, investor pitch decks, project feasibility reports, and financial models for funding discussions.

Strategic Finance Leadership

• Work with the MD and senior leadership to align the companys financial strategy with business expansion goals.
• Drive financial modeling and investment analysis for new developments, acquisitions, and joint development projects.
• Develop long-term financial plans and monitor performance against key metrics.

Real Estate Financial Management

• Manage cash flows, budgets, and ROI across multiple land development, villa, resort, and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Oversee project-level costing, capital allocation, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure alignment with RERA norms, real estate accounting standards, and asset monetization strategies.

Investor Relations & Board Reporting

• Develop and deliver financial presentations, dashboards, and reports to the Board, shareholders, and investors.
• Serve as the primary interface for due diligence, valuations, investor negotiations, and financial structuring.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure statutory compliance under RERA, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
• Implement internal controls, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Work with external legal, tax, and compliance consultants to ensure corporate governance.

Team Development & Process Automation

• Build and lead high-performing teams in finance, accounts, and compliance.
• Drive ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and digitization of financial processes for efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record in fundraising (equity & debt) for large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate project finance, investor relations, capital markets, and deal structuring.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and valuation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
