JD - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Educational Qualification (Mandatory)

• Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
• Additional qualifications such as CFA, MBA (Finance), CMA, or certifications in corporate governance/financial strategy are desirable but not mandatory.

Experience: 08-12 years

Required Skills

• Corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Experience in raising capital, interacting with VCs, funds, and institutional investors
• Deep understanding of compliance, taxation, secretarial norms, and financial controls
• Strong knowledge of project financing and high-growth planning

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the companys financial strategy, capital structuring, and investor relations
• Develop long-term financial models supporting aggressive growth targets
• Build strong governance, audit mechanisms, and MIS reporting frameworks
• Manage cash flows, profitability, risk management, and internal financial controls
• Support the leadership team in expansion planning, M&A, and cost optimisation initiatives
