Were seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of our manufacturing operations. With 20+ years of progressive experience , the ideal candidate will drive growth, optimize performance, and ensure strong governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute long-term financial strategies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Drive cost optimization across procurement, inventory, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and international accounting standards.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, and capital structuring.
- Champion ERP/digital finance initiatives and process automation.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 20+ years overall, 10+ in leadership within manufacturing (multi-plant preferred).
- Skills: Cost accounting, compliance, treasury, ERP systems, stakeholder management.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker, strong business acumen, integrity, and continuous improvement mindset.
