Seasonal forecasting (wedding & festive cycles )
Sales vs margin analytics (branch/item level)
Working capital & inventory insights
Cash Flow & Treasury
Banking relationships (OD, CC, loans)
Fund management & interest optimization
Working capital efficiency
Inventory & Cost Control
Karat-wise & purity-based valuation
Stock audits & reconciliation
Loss tracking & process control
Compliance & Governance
GST, MCA, taxation frameworks
Compliance reporting to leadership
Internal Controls & SOPs
Process design for finance operations
Continuous improvement & automation
Team Leadership
Lead finance teams across HO & branches
