Chief Financial Officer

Company Background:

A 30-year diversified business group with presence in manufacturing, warehousing, and real estate, recently expanded into road construction and infrastructure . The infrastructure vertical is in an early growth phase with strong expansion plans.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned CFO to lead and scale our road infrastructure business. The role will drive project finance, capital structuring, financial controls, growth strategy , and organizational build-out for an expanding EPC and infrastructure portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project finance and capital structuring , including debtequity mix, term loans, bonds, and multilateral funding
• Own financial planning, budgeting, CAPEX, and cash flow management for EPC and operating assets
• Oversee tax and statutory compliance , including finalization of accounts, audits, and handling of Income Tax authorities
• Manage day-to-day liaison with banks for limits, disbursements, guarantees, and working capital facilities
• Act as the primary interface with banks, lenders, investors, auditors, and the Board

Total Experience : Overall experience minimum 20 years in Finance with at least 5 years experience as CFO / Finance Head.
