About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead our financial strategy as we scale our sports technology

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis

Oversee accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance

Manage investor relations and fundraising initiatives

Build and mentor the finance team

Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization

Partner with leadership on growth strategy and M&A; opportunities

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) - Mandatory

10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership

Proven CFO or VP Finance experience in technology or high-growth companies

Strong expertise in financial modeling, FP&A;, and strategic planning

Experience with fundraising and investor management

Technology sector experience preferred
