About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and long-term strategy. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee accounting, audits, taxation, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory requirements
• Implement strong internal controls and financial discipline
• Manage banking, cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
• Provide strategic insights to management for business growth
• Evaluate investments, costing, and profitability
• Lead & mentor the finance and accounts team
• Support expansion, capital expenditure, and modernization projects

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 520+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, MIS, costing & compliance
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
