Lead fundraising and investor engagements

Build strong financial strategy and governance frameworks

Present confidently to investors and boards

Strengthen capital structure and financial stability

Grow with a high-impact defence innovation startup

Ideal Background

1520 years of finance leadership experience

Exposure to startup, manufacturing, defence, or deep-tech environments

Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and stakeholder influencing ability
