Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Accounting & Finance

TechProjects India, the Global Capability Center (GCC) of Dice IT Solutions LLC (USA), is seeking an experienced finance leader to head our India operations. This is a senior leadership role working closely with US stakeholders in a fast-growing IT services environment.

Work Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.30 AM with 1 Hr lunch break

We are looking for a CFO / Head of Accounting & Finance to lead financial strategy, accounting, compliance, and governance to lead TechProjects India & Techpojects USA . The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Indian statutory compliance, inter-company accounting, and reporting to a US parent organization.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close

Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS

Manage statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and liaison with auditors and regulators

Handle inter-company accounting, transfer pricing coordination, and US parent reporting

Oversee payroll, PF, ESI, gratuity, and employee reimbursements

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Manage banking relationships, cash management, and internal financial controls

Build and lead the finance and accounting team in India

Support leadership with strategic financial insights and decision-making

Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory (ICMA / CMA may be considered with strong experience)

1220+ years of experience in finance and accounting

Prior experience in IT Services, GCC, or MNC environment

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliance, and transfer pricing

Experience working with US-based parent companies

Hands-on experience with accounting systems ( Tally and QuickBooks, etc.)

Strong communication skills and leadership capability

Leadership role with high visibility and ownership

Direct interaction with US leadership and global teams
