Balco Medical Centre (BMC), a 170 bedded state-of-the-art tertiary care Oncology facility in Naya Raipur, is the first flagship initiative of Vedanta Medical Research Foundation (VMRF). VMRF, a non-profit organization, is an initiative of Vedanta Resources and Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd. (BALCO) to contribute towards prevention of cancer and its related illnesses. BMC has brought ultra-modern, multi-modality diagnostic and therapeutic facilities within easy reach of Indias population at an affordable cost. Currently, it is fast emerging as a national leader in Indias oncology space including medical, surgical, radiation, hematological and palliative care. In line with our Chairmans vision of providing affordable and best in class healthcare services to the society, Phase-2 projects at BMC has been flagged off.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Leading the finance function at BMC along with a strong knowledge of handling Project Finance, Financial Modelling, Budgeting & forecasting, Funding Arrangements and analytical skills.
• Proficient in managing finance through benchmarking & analytics though digital way of working.
• Developing short term and long term business plan with strategic interventions and innovative way of value addition to the organization.
• Ensuring governance & compliance with robust risk, legal and tax framework.
• Internal & external stakeholders management including Board of Directors & Auditors.
• Developing a strong team with succession planning.

Desired Skills:

• MBA or Masters Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in driving and executing expansion plans is a core aspect of this role.
• Experience in capex management.
