Looking for a CFO for one of our Clients a reputed name in manufacturing, a listed company with 50+ years of repute.

Purpose of the Role:

To driving profitability, strengthening governance, optimizing capital allocation, and building investor confidence while ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Profitability & Revenue Growth Drive financial strategies to enhance margins and deliver sustainable growth.

2. Capital Allocation & Investment Management Optimize capital structure, evaluate investments, and ensure healthy ROI.

3. Financial Reporting & Governance Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting as per statutory and board requirements.

4. Risk Management & Compliance Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks.

5. Stakeholder Relationship Management Build strong relationships with promoters, investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC Bracket: Reasonably Attractive and Open to Negotiate as per industry standards.
