We are building Indias 1st One-Roof Solution Interior Mall an integrated destination where customers can experience and buy complete interior solutions under one roof, including luxury furniture, modular kitchens and wardrobes, dcor and accessories, interior solutions and consultation, project execution support, and premium customer experience services.
Wolf Casa is not a conventional showroom. It is a high-growth interior business platform with the ambition to build a scalable 100150 Cr business engine and expand toward a 5001000 Cr long-term growth vision.
Role TitleChief Executive Officer (CEO) Wolf Casa (India)
Role SummaryThe CEO of Wolf Casa will be the principal business leader responsible for building, leading, and scaling the company into a category-defining premium interior and furniture platform in India.
This is a full P&L ownership role, accountable for:
- Business growth and profitability
- Strategic planning and forecasting
- Sales and operations integration
- Team building and leadership development
- Systems, process, and organization building
- Customer experience and brand standards
- Expansion readiness and scale execution
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, aggressive, broad-minded, execution-driven leader who can think like a founder, act like an operator, and build like a long-term business architect.
Core Mandate- Build Wolf Casa into a 100150 Cr scalable business platform.
- Create the operating foundation for multi-city and multi-state expansion.
- Develop leadership bandwidth, systems, and teams to support a 5001000 Cr growth trajectory.
- Business Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Own overall P&L performance, including revenue, gross margins, operating efficiency, and profitability.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets with strong commercial discipline.
- Build a profit-first culture across teams, not just topline-focused sales behavior.
- Track and improve key business drivers: revenue growth, gross margins, cost control, productivity, conversion ratios, execution efficiency, and customer satisfaction (repeat and referral business).
- Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Growth Roadmap
- Lead annual operating plans and growth strategy in line with Wolf Casas scale vision.
- Build and run forecasting systems for sales pipeline, walk-ins to conversion, category-wise mix, dispatch and installation load, vendor lead times, capacity planning, and collections (with finance).
- Convert founder vision into practical growth phases with clear, executable milestones.
- One-Roof Interior Mall Operating Model
- Design and institutionalize a scalable operating model integrating retail showroom sales, interior solution consulting, project execution, vendor ecosystem, dispatch and installation, and after-sales service.
- Build Wolf Casa as a premium retail + project + solutions platform, not a fragmented business.
- Create systems, SOPs, and playbooks that can be replicated across future locations.
- Aggressive Revenue & Scale Execution
- Drive aggressive but disciplined growth with speed, structure, and accountability.
- Identify and activate growth levers across premium retail, project sales, architect/designer partnerships, builder/developer channels, institutional and hospitality clients, and cross-selling/upselling across categories.
- Build review systems that enforce execution discipline, follow-through, and closure culture.
- Leadership, Team Building & Organization Development
- Build, restructure, and scale high-performance teams across sales, operations, customer experience, dispatch/installation coordination, service support, vendor coordination, and MIS/reporting.
- Hire, mentor, and develop second-line leadership required for scale.
- Create a performance-driven culture with clarity, ownership, urgency, and professionalism.
- Build organizational depth so growth is not dependent on a few individuals.
- SalesOperationsExecution Integration
- Ensure all customer commitments are operationally executable and realistic.
- Align sales promises with procurement/vendor timelines, dispatch readiness, site readiness, and installation scheduling.
- Reduce delays, miscommunication, leakages, and rework through strong cross-functional control.
- Improve trust, predictability, and experience for premium clientele.
- Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Protect and elevate Wolf Casas premium positioning at every touchpoint.
- Build systems for superior experience from first inquiry/walk-in to consultation, quotation, order confirmation, delivery and installation, handover, and after-sales support.
- Personally handle or oversee key escalations and ensure solution-first resolution.
- Ensure growth does not dilute premium brand trust and service quality.
- Governance, MIS & Performance Accountability
- Implement robust review, MIS, and reporting systems for management visibility and fast decision-making.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly review mechanisms across departments.
- Drive performance accountability using target scorecards, departmental KPIs, review dashboards, and structured follow-through.
- Recommend and implement process, structural, and organizational improvements for scale, speed, and profitability.
- Founder Partnership & Vision Execution
- Work closely with the Founder / Managing Director to translate strategic vision into operational reality.
- Provide leadership feedback, market intelligence, and structural recommendations.
- Act as the central execution force for building Wolf Casa into a category-leading national brand.
The CEO will operate with significant ownership and execution authority, including:
- Building and restructuring teams for current performance and future scale.
- Implementing review, MIS, and reporting systems across functions.
- Driving performance accountability through a target-led execution culture.
- Recommending and driving process, structural, and organizational changes.
- Leading Wolf Casa toward a 100150 Cr scalable business platform and building the foundation for growth beyond.

Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM preferred (General Management, Operations, Marketing, or Finance).
Experience
- 1220+ years of leadership experience in business management, P&L roles, general management, operations-led growth, or CEO/business head roles.
- Proven track record of scaling teams, systems, and revenue in growth-stage or large-format businesses.
- Relevant exposure in one or more: furniture and interiors, modular kitchens/wardrobes, home improvement/building materials, premium or lifestyle retail, design-led project businesses, large-format showroom or multi-category retail operations.
