Job Description
- Define and execute the companys long-term vision of Air Freight Business with minimum 15 years of experience
- The growth strategy, and annual business plans to increase market share and profitability for this Vertical for Exports and Imports.
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the company, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and budget management.
- Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day air freight operations, including capacity management, cargo handling, and terminal operations.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with airline carriers, agents, and key customers.
- Ensure all operations and Marketing efficiency with international and local aviation, security, and customs regulations.
