What Youll Do

Sell Cloud Telephony, Microsoft Teams Telephony, Contact Center solutions, Zoom Phone/ Zoom Contact Center, AI powered voice solutions
Sell advanced UCaaS/CCaaS solutions to global clients (primarily UK) across multiple sectors.
Run product demos, understand technical requirements, and close deals.
Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to deliver value-driven proposals.
Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain strong client relationships.
Strengthen customer relationships by expanding the product portfolio with existing customers.
Drive growth by upselling and cross-selling an enhanced product portfolio to existing customers.

What Were Looking For

6+ years of experience in UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud Telephony (Mandatory .
Experience in selling AI powered voice/chat solutions as a part of CC solutions.
Strong understanding of platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams Direct Routing, AI Channels.
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and technical aptitude.
Experience across multiple domains (e.g., IT, travel, recruitment, healthcare)
