This is a stage that affects every woman, bringing with it more than 50 physical and emotional symptoms that often go unaddressed or misunderstood.

For too long, menopause has been surrounded by silence, stigma, and resignation.

Miror exists to change that through science, technology, and empathy.

As Chief Executive Officer, youll take charge of scaling operations, building partnerships, and driving innovation at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and social impact.

What Youll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Drive Mirors strategy, vision, and growth roadmap across India and international markets.

• Build & Scale: Oversee business operations, investor relations, and financial planning with a focus on sustainable growth.

• Collaborate & Expand: Forge partnerships with healthcare institutions, research bodies, and global wellness organizations.

• Innovate: Leverage technology (AI, data, digital platforms) to deliver accessible, evidence-backed care experiences.

• Advocate: Represent Miror as a thought leader in the FemTech ecosystem engaging with media, investors, and the global wellness community.

What Were Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in startups, healthtech, wellness, or consumer technology.

• Strong background in business strategy, fundraising, operations, and growth leadership.

• A deep understanding of womens health, healthcare ecosystems, or community-led models.

• Empathy, resilience, and the ability to translate purpose into measurable impact.
