About the Role

We are seeking TRANSFORMATIONAL CEOs to drive the growth/international expansion of a designated company within the group. Expectation: 2X growth in top line and EBIDTA

Candidate Profile

Education: Engineer + MBA (preferred)

Experience: 20+ years total; last 5 years in a CEO or equivalent leadership role

Industry Background: Experience in products or solutions for manufacturing and process industries

Track Record: Proven success in business transformation and building sustainable, high-value organisations through both organic and inorganic growth

Sales stints is a must before moving to P&L responsibilities

Manufacturing operations oversight is essential

Multiple industrial domains is desirable

Global Exposure: Must have international business expansion experience and global market exposure

Role: Lead P&L of a 300+ Cr manufacturing company

Compensation: Currently earning 1 crore+ CTC
