About the Role

The CEO will lead overall business strategy, operations, financial performance, and expansion initiatives. The role demands strong leadership and deep industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term growth strategy
• Drive revenue, profitability, and cash flow management
• Oversee land acquisition, project development, and sales strategy
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
• Build and lead a high-performance leadership team
• Manage key stakeholder relationships (investors, lenders, partners, authorities)

Experience

Minimum experience of 6-10 years in Top Management. Real Estate and/or Construction experience is a must.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM - Mandatory
• BE/B Tech (Civil) - Preferable

Required Skills

• Knowledge and Expertise in real estate/construction
• Ready to take senior leadership roles (CEO/COO/Business Head) and challenges associated with it.
• Strong expertise in project finance, land acquisition, and market expansion

Compensation package
