CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary CEO for an organization engaged in Composite Process Equipment & EPC Solutions, Advanced Composites Engineering, Chemical Process Equipment, Piping & Fittings , serving multiple global sectors.

Salary Budget is 1.20 -2 CR

Location: Gujarat, India (HQ with Global Presence)

Reporting to: Board of Directors / Chairman

ROLE / PURPOSE Chief Executive Officer

• Provide visionary, strategic, and operational leadership to transform the organization into a world-class composite engineering company with global competitiveness in design, manufacturing, and EPC execution.
• Drive sustainable top- and bottom-line growth, strategic expansion, and organizational excellence aligned with the long-term vision to become the most respected composites solutions provider across industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Develop and implement a 10-year strategic growth roadmap to achieve leadership across targeted sectors.
• Translate Board vision into executable annual business plans, five-year strategic plans, and operational excellence programs.
• Build global partnerships, technology alliances, and R&D collaborations in composites and EPC solutions.
• Lead sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

B. Business Growth & Financial Performance

• Achieve annual sales and profit targets (initially 500 crore turnover; scalability to 20,000+ crore in 810 years).
• Maintain strong EBITDA margins, ROI, and working capital discipline.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial risk management, and investor relations.
• Drive diversification into new verticals such as aerospace, defence, renewables, and semiconductors.

C. Operational & Technical Excellence

• Oversee Design, Detailed Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Erection, and Commissioning for process and EPC projects.
• Implement World-Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean/Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices across plants.
• Ensure zero-defect quality, on-time delivery, and industry-leading project execution KPIs.
• Establish a Technology Centre of Excellence for advanced composites and smart materials.

D. Organization Building & Talent Development

• Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team across key business functions.
• Establish professional management structures with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, meritocracy, and ethical leadership.
• Build an IIT/IIM-focused talent pipeline and an in-house training academy for continuous capability growth.

E. EPC & Project Delivery Oversight

• Lead end-to-end EPC operations including tendering, project management, procurement, and commissioning.
• Implement integrated project controls covering cost, timeline, safety, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to international standards (EN, ASME RTP, ISO, ASTM) for composite process equipment.

F. Governance, Compliance & Stakeholder Management

• Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, HSE, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide quarterly reports to the Board and investors with transparency and strategic insights.
• Manage key relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and government agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

• B.Tech / M.Tech from IIT preferred + MBA from IIM or an equivalent top global engineering/business institution.

Experience

• 2025+ years in Process Equipment, Composites, or EPC industry.
• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles (CEO/COO/MD level).

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of composite design, filament winding, resin systems, structural design standards (EN 13121, RTP-1, ASME), EPC contracting, and project management.

Leadership Competencies

• Visionary leadership, organizational transformation capability, strong people development mindset.

Global Experience

• Experience in international business development, JV, partnerships, or M&A preferred.

Industry Network

• Strong relationships across Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Defence, Aerospace, and Infrastructure sectors
